Consent → ID → Video
Before you start
To use this service you'll be asked for three things:
- A payment card
- Photos of both sides of your government-issued ID
- A short video of yourself, about ten seconds
The video and the photo of your ID are used once, to confirm you are who you say you are and that you are old enough.
We keep two things: the result of that check, and a secure faceprint — a set of numbers derived from your face — used only to confirm it's still you when you sign in or stream. We do not keep the video.
Confirming your identity involves scanning your face to compare it against the photo on your ID.
The platform you're joining never receives your ID or your face data. It receives only a confirmation that you passed — your ID, your video, and your faceprint stay with the verification service.
Your result and faceprint are kept while your account is active, and deleted within 30 days of your account closing.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting support. Because this check is what keeps your account verified, withdrawing it will close your access to the platform.
